Have you ever wondered who created the universe?

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. (Genesis 1:1)

Why is God not making himself tangibly known to me?

“God is making himself known to us through his creation (for example the beauty of nature and vastness of the universe, Rom 1:20), through his son Jesus Christ whom he send to live amongst us 2000 years ago and who died on the cross, was resurrected and is alive now at this very moment, and also through scripture (the bible) which reveals the history of this earth and all about Jesus Christ and God the father.”

In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. (1 John 4:9)

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

How can I engage with God?

If you earnestly want to find him, he will reveal himself to you.

Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened. (Matthew 7:7-9)

Can he help me?

As long as we are honest with God and in humility confess our sins he will hear us and restore us.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9)

But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.” 7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. (James 4:6-7)

What can I do?

Reach out to us or any mature Christian who knows about the biblical truth and ask to be baptised and discipled.

And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:38)
